Cairo-Durham Central School District uses a Central Registrar to help coordinate and streamline all registration processes. To register a new student for any school in the Cairo-Durham CSD, grades K-12, please contact the Central Registrar at 518-622-8543, ext. 56010
Registration for all students (K-12) will take place at the:

Registration is by appointment only. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday (with some exceptions, see the district calendar for holidays, school closings, etc.).
Please contact Central Registrar to schedule an appointment, and bring the completed registration packets (see below).
If you would like to save time, you can download and print the registration forms below. Prior to coming in, fill them out the best you can. Staff will be happy to help you finish when you come to the school.

The following information is required in order to enroll your child(ren) for school at Cairo-Durham CSD:
- Proof of date of birth (birth certificate or passport)
- Proof of residency (e.g., utility bill, bas oil, electric, cable, rental agreement)
- Picture ID of the parent/guardian (e.g., driver's license)
- Immunization Record/Physician Health Form
Change of Residency (Within District)
If you change residency but still live within the Cairo-Durham Central School District, please download and complete the Change of Residency packet to continue enrollment for your child(ren). It includes proof of residency information, a Residency Questionnaire, and a Request for Transportation form.
