Aishwarya Thakur, a member of the class of 2025 at Cairo-Durham High School, has been recognized as the Student of the Month for June. Described by her teacher, Ms. McCabe, as “hardworking, creative, and caring, Aishwarya's vibrant personality radiates positivity wherever she goes. Her constant smile, infectious laughter, and boundless energy make her an invaluable addition to any environment she enters.”
Aishwarya's dedication to academic excellence is evident through her membership in the National Honor Society. She considers herself a quick learner, possessing the ability to grasp knowledge swiftly. Aishwarya attributes her selection as the Student of the Month to her diligent work ethic and commitment to staying on top of her assignments. Despite taking a challenging course load of AP and Honors classes, she consistently achieves outstanding grades, with all her scores in the 90s.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Aishwarya enjoys creative activities such as drawing and painting, as well as spending time with her family and friends. Looking toward the future, Aishwarya aspires to attend a prestigious Ivy League university and major in bioscience, driven by her ultimate goal of becoming a doctor.
