CDHS students in Mrs. Jones' math classes have been hard at work in activities like "Speed Dating", a college math prep session.
One student would be tasked with solving an Absolute Value Equation (graphically and algebraically) question and then they would become the master of that question.
As the students "Speed Dated", they exchanged their questions with the student across from them and assisted them while they both are solving problems and answering any questions. Additionally, students participated in a bounce-around activity where they solved questions hanging on the wall.
