On March 15 & 16, we will be distributing COVID-19 home test kits for any families that want them:
Tuesday, March 15, 2022, from 4-6 p.m. at CDE (drive thru pick-up in the parent pickup/bus loop by the multipurpose room doors)
Tuesday, March 15th AND Wednesday, March 16th from 7-8 p.m. at CDMS/HS (test kits will be available for pick up following the Music in Our Schools band and chorus concerts)

There is no student attendance next Friday, March 18th due to a superintendent's conference day.


The Music in Our Schools band and chorus concerts are rescheduled for Tuesday, 3/15 (Band) and Wednesday, 3/16 (Chorus), both at 6:30 p.m.

Don’t forget to watch the school musical this weekend! The show “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” will be performed Friday at 7pm, Saturday at 2pm and 7pm, and Sunday at 2pm. Tickets are ten dollars for adults and eight dollars for students and senior citizens.


School is back in session on Monday, 2/28. We hope you had a restful and enjoyable break!

Starting on March 1st and running through June, the Twin County Recovery Services will be providing Rainbows support groups. These groups will provide a confidential, caring environment for students affected by loss. They will take place at 2:20 after school each day.

PLANNED INTERNET OUTAGE: Our internet and phone service will be temporarily disconnected starting this Friday, 2/18 (after dismissal) for the purpose of relocating our servers. This is a necessary step in the capital project. Service should be restored by the middle of next week (winter recess).

National Juniors Honors Society is getting signatures for Valentine’s Day Cards for Veterans!

WINTER RECESS: Schools will be closed Monday, 2/21 through Friday, 2/25 for winter recess.

The spring musical is coming soon! The CDHS Drama Club is excited about its 2022 production, "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." Middle school students and their mentors had an owl-themed group mentoring event where they made owls from pine cones and owl cupcakes to snack on. Group mentoring activities happen about every six weeks, but on a weekly basis the students meet with their mentors one-on-one to talk about school work, staying motivated, managing their studies and more.





Schools are closed Friday, February 4, 2022, due to inclement weather.
