Concessions will be available for purchase. Pre-sale tickets will be available for $5 March 27th-March 30th before announcements and $8 at the door.
Families of children with disabilities, mark your calendars for April 5! Cairo Durham CSD is partnering with Ulster Greene ARC for a transition fair, offering information on adult services for individuals with disabilities. Representatives from a variety of agencies and programs around the area will be on hand to share information and answer questions.
It doesn't matter how old your child is, it is never too early to begin planning. Join us on April 5 from 6-8pm at Cairo Durham Middle/High School. You won't regret it.
On March 7th, middle schoolers in Ms. Young's class met virtually with the Albany Institute for Art and History and explored Ancient Egypt. Students saw mummies and other ancient Egyptian artifacts.
On Monday, March 6th, Cairo-Durham High School held its Winter Sports Awards Ceremony in the High School Auditorium. A large crowd of friends, family, and fans came out to support the sports teams and coaches and to watch the MVP and Coaches Awards be handed out to the deserving athletes. Congratulations to all!

Read Across America Day was Thursday, March 2nd, and Mrs. MacGiffert's Pre-K class is exploring a collection of books written by the famous author Dr. Seuss. The class cooked Green Eggs in Ham on Friday. March 3rd and the students truly enjoyed cracking and scrambling the eggs and most of them were willing to give them a try and find out if they liked them!
UPDATE: There will be a Cairo-Durham Central School District Board of Education Policy Meeting on Thursday, March 9th at 5 p.m. in the Distance Learning Room.
